1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days of receiving the order.
Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.
Orders may take slightly longer during sales, festive periods, public holidays or unforeseen circumstances.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details on your registered email/phone number.
Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number and other delivery details are accurate before placing your order.

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched.
